OliviaLiving One-Year Limited Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty is provided by Putian Lamy Trading Co., Ltd., the operator of OliviaLiving and olivialiving.shop. It applies only to the 20 OliviaLiving product families listed below when the product page displays the one-year-warranty statement at the time of purchase and the product is purchased directly from olivialiving.shop.
Warranty period
The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the order is delivered to the customer. Keep the order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase.
What is covered
The warranty covers only the inner hot water bottle and its original stopper against defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use and while the product is used, inspected, cleaned and stored in accordance with the instructions supplied with it.
The cover supplied with the hot water bottle is not covered by this commercial warranty. This exclusion does not limit any consumer right or remedy relating to the cover that cannot lawfully be excluded.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear, ageing, surface marks, fading, pilling or other cosmetic change that does not affect ordinary function;
- damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, puncture, cutting, abrasion or improper storage;
- use of boiling water, overfilling, microwave or oven heating, sitting, lying or sleeping on the bottle, or other use contrary to the supplied safety instructions;
- unauthorised repair, alteration or modification;
- commercial, rental or institutional use; or
- loss or damage not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
These exclusions do not apply where they would exclude or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to make a claim
Email info@olivialiving.shop within the warranty period. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, a description of the problem and when it appeared, and clear photos or a short video that reasonably shows the defect.
Stop using a product immediately if it leaks or appears damaged. Do not send a product to the business address unless OliviaLiving has approved the return in writing and provided return instructions.
Our remedy and claim costs
After reviewing an eligible claim, OliviaLiving will replace the covered defective item or product. If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, OliviaLiving will refund the product purchase price. OliviaLiving will pay reasonable replacement delivery and any return postage that it authorises for an approved defect claim. Remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available and take priority where they are stronger than this commercial warranty.

Your legal rights
This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law of the customer's country, state, province or territory.
European Union: the minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods remains separate from and unaffected by this one-year commercial warranty.
United Kingdom: statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose remain unaffected.
Canada: rights under applicable federal and provincial or territorial consumer law, including any applicable implied warranties, remain unaffected.
United States: this document is designated as a limited warranty. Any rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable federal or state law remain unaffected.
Australia
This warranty is given in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
