We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@olivialiving.shop. Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
