Can I use boiling water?
No. Use hot, not boiling, water and follow the instructions supplied with your bottle. Fill only to the stated level, expel excess air, tighten the stopper and check for leaks before use.
Can the bottle be heated in a microwave or oven?
No. OliviaLiving hot water bottles are not microwaveable and must never be heated in a microwave or oven.
Can the bottle stay directly against my skin?
Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Keep the cover fitted, check the bottle and stopper before each use, and supervise children during use.
Is the product ACCC approved?
We do not describe the product as ACCC approved. OliviaLiving hot water bottles sold for Australia are tested to meet the requirements of the applicable 2008 Australian consumer product safety standard for hot water bottles.
