At OliviaLiving, we aim to provide a clear and reliable tracked-delivery experience.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The delivery estimates below begin after the parcel is dispatched and handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost

Free standard tracked delivery is available to supported addresses when the free rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time by destination

  • Australia: estimated 8–20 business days after dispatch.
  • United States and Canada: estimated 15–25 calendar days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom, Germany and France: estimated 15–20 calendar days after dispatch.

These are estimated transit ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates. Peak periods and remote areas may require an additional 5 calendar days.

Carrier and tracking

Orders to the destinations listed above are shipped with YunExpress and are tracked throughout delivery. When your order ships, we will email you a Shopify-compatible tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates can take a few business days to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries to Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and France, applicable VAT/GST, import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees and disbursement fees are included in the amount paid at checkout. The recipient will not be asked to pay additional charges of these types after checkout or at delivery.

For other supported destinations shown at checkout, tax and import treatment can vary. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation for a destination not listed above.

Delivery problems and refunds

If tracking confirms that a parcel is lost, damaged, refused, undeliverable or returned, contact us with your order number. We will verify the carrier or return status and arrange a direct refund once the status is confirmed.

We currently serve customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and other supported destinations shown at checkout. If your country is unavailable at checkout, contact us before placing an order.

Delays and address issues

Weather, customs inspections, carrier delays and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
